Description
Friday Night Sprints is a 100-meter, knockout-format dragon boat sprint race held 5-8pm on Friday, August 21, 2026, as the opening-night event of the 2026 Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival at Barker's Island in Superior Bay, Superior, Wisconsin. Divisions include Competitive, Intermediate, Novice, and Women's teams; entry into the Friday sprints requires the team to also be registered for Saturday's main festival races. The festival is organized by the Rotary Club of Superior, with registration handled through partner Pan Am Dragon Boats.
