3rd Annual Honor Flight of the Appalachian Highlands Dragon Boat Festival

The 3rd Annual Honor Flight of the Appalachian Highlands Dragon Boat Festival (also known locally as "Paddles Up for Veterans") is a community dragon boat race at Winged Deer Park in Johnson City, Tennessee, benefiting Honor Flight of the Appalachian Highlands. Corporate and community teams race to raise funds that send local veterans on a free trip to Washington, D.C. to visit war memorials; the event has run annually since 2024 with food trucks, live music, and craft vendors.
