London Dragon Boat Festival 2026

The London Dragon Boat Festival is organized by NewWave Events at the Surrey Docks Fitness and Water Sports Centre in Rotherhithe, south-east London. Teams race over a 200 metre course; eleven people make a full boat (ten paddlers plus a drummer) and squads may consist of 7 to 15 people, with a minimum age of 16. Entry is offered in three packages: Standard at £1,200 plus VAT, Premier at £1,200 plus VAT with a £400 charity donation, and Platinum at £1,800 plus VAT with a £600 charity donation. The festival runs as an afternoon event, with spectator hours given as approximately 1pm to 6pm and exact timings still to be confirmed.
