Falmouth Dragon Boat Race 2026

An annual two-day dragon boat race is held in Falmouth harbour in Cornwall, run by Dragon Boat Events Ltd from the quay and pontoons of The Working Boat pub at The Greenbank Hotel. Boats carry up to 17 people and race over a course of roughly 250 metres, watched from the Greenbank shoreline. The event is free for spectators, and the venue serves food and drink throughout the weekend; for 2026 The Working Boat pledged 10 percent of food and drink proceeds to the RNLI. Teams wanting to compete register their interest with Dragon Boat Events, and a £100 discount was offered for booking two teams across the two days. The 2026 edition took place on 25 and 26 July.
